HOW DOES GREEN IMPACT WORK?
Green Impact is about connecting with your colleagues on a common goal of improving sustainability in your workplace, making a positive impact and getting recognised for your efforts. Staff take part by completing actions in this online toolkit. Actions are split into Bronze, Silver and Gold categories, depending on their impact and difficulty level. You can register a team now and then start recruiting members to join your team.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER?
Each team member must register separately before they can access the toolkit. Either create a new team by filling in your details and the team’s details or add yourself to an existing team from dropdown menu (follow this guide if you need help). Please note that all new participants must enter a unique institutional code in the registration form. If you are not sure what the Swinburne's code is, please contact sjackson@swin.edu.au.

CAN I STILL GET INVOLVED DURING COVID-19 LOCKDOWN?
Yes! We have made special adaptations to the toolkit this year so that you can continue to get involved in Green Impact whilst working from home. We have reviewed our toolkit and created a separate Working From Home tab that teams can undertake.

HOW CAN I GET HELP WITH THE TOOLKIT?
There is a comprehensive user guide which you can refer to here, which explains how to manage your personal and team account, how to access the glossary, how to make and review comments and evidence, how to export, print and submit the toolkit. If you are still having problems with a particular toolkit functionality issue please contact sjackson@swin.edu.au.

HOW DOES THE SCORING FOR AWARDS WORK?
You can find out what you need to do in order to get the different award levels on the About page of the toolkit (top right of the page). You can also click on the Achievement Report from the homepage once logged in to see which award level you're currently at and the total number of points your team has.

HOW DO I GET HELP OR INSPIRATION FOR COMPLETING ACTIONS?
You can find inspiration from other Green Impact teams! Check out the Green Impact Australasia Facebook page and Twitter. Remember to search for #greenimpact and #greenimpactAUNZ to see what other teams are doing, and contact sjackson@swin.edu.au if you have any issues at all.
