Where can I find out more information about the functionality of the toolkit?
You can refer to the user guide, which explains how to manage your personal and team account, how to access the glossary, how to make and review comments and evidence, how to export or print the workbook as well as submitting your toolkit.
If you are still having problems with a particular toolkit functionality issue, please contact the Sustainability team.

How does the scoring work?
You can find what you need to do in order to get the different awards on the homepage. If you're trying to gain a certain number of points, you can view your totals at the top of the list of actions for each tab. You can click on the Achievement Report on the homepage in order to see which level your team is currently at (please note that the Achievement Report refreshes daily).

Who can help me with completing the toolkit?
Anyone within your team can support you to complete the toolkit and we would encourage you to get as many people involved as possible. If your colleagues also want access to the toolkit, just get them to register, choosing your team from the drop-down menu so they can see the same comments as you. If you have any problems, get in touch using the details on the contact page or in the green footer below.

How is the evidence being used and by whom?
The evidence uploaded to the Green Impact toolkit is going to be used by the programme delivery team as well as the auditors to monitor and evaluate the progress of each team and implementation of the actions as part of Green Impact. Pictures and good practice examples may be used for communication purposes, however, if this is the case, the programme delivery team will contact each team or participant to get their approval for the use of such materials.
