Welcome to Green Impact Students' Unions!

Green Impact Students’ Union is an accreditation programme for sustainability good-practice in students’ unions.

NUS established the scheme in 2006 to tackle common bad environmental practice in students’ unions and to share good practice in the sector. Since the Green Impact has developed into universities, colleges and off-campus organisations, over 250,000 actions have been implemented as a result of the programme. The incredible efforts of all our participants over the past 10 years has been recognised by UNESCO!
